Shipping and Delivery Policy

Seed the Earth sells a digital service only: a licence to display your own artwork on the pixels you choose. There are no physical goods, no shipping and no delivery charges.

Your pixels are planted as soon as Razorpay confirms your payment, normally within a minute. Your artwork then appears on the canvas for everyone, the site shows a confirmation, and the payment is listed under “Your payments” in your profile.

If your payment was taken but your pixels were not planted, we refund the full amount as set out in the Refund and Cancellation Policy (section 2.3). You can also write to support@seedtheearth.in with the date and amount of the payment.

The service is delivered online, on this website. Prices are in Indian rupees.
